She is survived by: her husband Jerrell Ray Childers; her children, Annette Jarvis (Arnold) of Summersville and Rodney Childers (Misty) of Fairmont; her siblings, Dorothy Seabolt of Hampton, VA, Shirley Legg (Kenneth) of Canton, OH, Judy Frazer (Terry) of Nettie, William Edsel Amick of Hampton, VA and Guy Amick (Sheryn) of Hominy Falls; her brother-in-law Delbert Copenhaver; and her grandson Cody Childers. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and one on the way; many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peniel Community Church (388 Coggins Knob, Mt Nebo, WV 26679). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
