Rose Marie Ratliff Obituary

In loving memory of Rose Marie Ratliff of Nettie, West Virginia, who departed this world on August 17, 2025 at the age of 65. Rose leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Taylor and Peggy Faye Armstead; her son John Ratliff; her siblings, Donna Taylor and James Armstead; and her grandson Samuel Floyd Ratliff.

She is survived by: her husband Clay Dale Ratliff; her children, Lisa Springstead (Lee) of Richwood and James Ratliff (Elizabeth) of Carl; and her siblings, Helen Dobson (Wayne) of Nettie, Debra Amick (Shawn) of Leivasy, David Taylor and Wayne Taylor (Lisa). She is also survived by six grandchildren; extended family.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
