It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Lee Roderick of New Creek, West Virginia, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles H. Kesecker and Nellie J. Kesecker (Studenwaldt); her husband Bennett Wayne Roderick; her grandson Chris Kelly; and her siblings, Patricia Cole, William "Billy" Kesecker and John "Jack" Kesecker.
She is survived by : her children, Cathy Kelly, Donald Kelley of Keyser, Bennet Roderick (Missy) of Burlington, WV and Garrett Roderick (Stacey) of New Creek; her grandchildren, Melissa, Jen, Bennett, Alyssa and Shawn; and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Maleena, Ashlyne, Layton, Landon, Adalyn, Dylan, Claire, Reece, Ally and Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
