She is survived by: her children, Christopher Koschack of Youngstown and Debra MacLean (Steven); her grandchildren, Jennifer Burnham, William LaCapria, Jaden, Devin MacLean, Alana Koschack, Christopher and Shawn Burnham; and her siblings, George Welch, Kathy Juliano and Teresa Timmers.
