She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McDonald and Mary Jane Eaton McDonald; her husband William J. Milby (Bill); her son-in-law Keith Anderson; and her siblings, Gayle Treleven, Arlene Copestick, Forrest McDonald and James F. McDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Dick Milby (Becky) of Denton, TX, Bill Milby (Brittany) of Arlington, VA, Joe Milby of Littleton, NH, Bonnie Burskey (Dave) of New Cumberland, Nancy Anderson of Bethesda, OH, Mary Kay Shaw (Keith Cline) of Siesta Key, FL and Sue Shoemaker (Phil) of Winter Park, FL.; her godson Dylan Burskey; her brother-in-law Ted Milby of San Diego, CA; and her niece Cindy Rice of East Liverpool. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
