He is survived by: his wife Dianna Miller; his children, Wendy Mullins (Jerry) of Fayetteville, OH, Michael Harbour (Bobbi) of Pomeroy and Mitchell Harbour (Jessica) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Olivia VanDerKooi (Jay), Aurora Mullins (Brandon VanWinkle), Garrett Harbour, Ryan Harbour and Emma Harbour; his siblings, Connie Harbour and Mike Harbour; his sister-in-law Mandy; his cousins, Sue Allen, Sally Elmer, Violet Henry and Judy Straight; Jaylyn VanDerKooi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
