He is survived by: his wife Janet Marleen Bumgarner (Flowers); his son Wesley Keith Bumgarner Bumgarner (Melissa Renee (Smith)) of New Haven, WV; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bumgarner of Wheelersburg, OH and Brycen Bumgarner of New Haven, WV..
