He is survived by: his children, Dee Williams (Jay), Jeremie Beal (Michelle) and Isaac Beal (Kris); his grandchildren, Haeleigh Kirkbride (Jarod), Jillian Williams, Josie Golden, Crosbie, Henry and Oliver Beal; his great grandchildren, Florence, Boston and Theodore Kirkbride; his siblings, Cindy Flaim (Chip), John Beal (Shelly) and Rick Beal (Darla); and his friend Vance Leon Squires.
Duke requested that no flowers or gifts be sent.
