He is survived by: his mother Rosalea Clayton (Shaffer) of New Martinsville, WV; his aunts, Carolyn Sue Poling of Tacey, WV and Judith Shaffer of Tacey, WV; and his uncle Jim Shaffer of Middletown, OH.
