He is survived by: his wife Carol Steele; his children, Michelle Steele of Winter Haven, FL, Derek (Palmer), Kylie Steele of Bend, OR and Douglas Shane Steel of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Andrew, Lauren, Dalyn, Caden, Dylan, Madison and Reagan; his niece Katie Steel; and his nephews, Mike Steele, Austin Steele and John Steele (Ruth).
