It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hartsel Light of New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Nelson Light and Mary Louise Kimble Light; his children, Hartsel Buddy Light, Jr. and Beth Light; and his sisters, Mary Jane Light Starkey and Nancy Light Long.
He is survived by: his son Barry Light (Barb Huggins) of New Martinsville, WV; his sister Sally Smith of Streetsboro, OH; and his grandchildren, Lacey Ryan and Jacob Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
