It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Sue Nelson of New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Edward and Mary Butcher (Wilkerson); and her nephew Shawn Henthorn. She is survived by : her sons, Carl Nelson of New Martinsville, WV and Cody Nelson of New Martinsville, WV; her grandchildren, Emilly Nelson, Ryan Hughes, Tyler Hughes, Jayden Hughes and Jackson Nelson; her pets, Koby and Jasmine; and her brother Carl Butcher, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
