He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Lee and Eileen Arman (Eddy); his grandson Ronnie Parr; and his parents-in-law, George and Elizabeth Wetzel.

He is survived by : his wife Melba Arman (Wetzel); his children, Greg Arman (Tammy) of Zellwood, FL, Brian Arman (Barb) of Hannibal, OH and Dana Howell (Robbie) of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Jessica, Dustin, Kayla, Casey (Alisia), Paige (Jen), Megan (Zach), Brandon (Jamie), Chelsea and Ethan; his siblings-in-law, Alta Haudenshilt and George Wetzel, Jr. (Kay); his niece Pam Haudenshilt; and his close friend Gary Bonar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice.
