He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Denver Tasker and Lavelle Ruth Tasker (Vanskiver); his daughter Dawn Cook; and his siblings, Clifton Tasker and Darlene Tasker.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Tasker (Guesford); his daughter Angela Murray (Larry); his brother Denver Tasker; his brother-in-law Terry Guesford; his son-in-law Charlie Cook; and his grandchildren, Andrew Murray, Jordan Murray and Chevelle Cook. He is also survived by many other in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
