He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Harold "Buck" Ray Phillips and Ruby Frances "Sines" Phillips; his siblings, David Glen Phillips and Vickie Lee Phillips Thomas (Marvin); his nieces and nephews, Marcus Thomas, Stacy Thomas Cox, Natoshia Phillips and Nathan Thomas; his great-nephew Eli Johnson; his great-nieces, White, Cali Cox and Ruby Thomas; his aunts, Sandy Sines and Phyllis Sines; his sister-in-law Roberta Marshall Phillips; his nephew Cory Cox; his great-nephews, Xander and Xavier Mancuso; his grandparents, Foster, Helen Sines (Plum) of Virginia, Tom and Virginia Phillips (Glass); and his aunts and uncles, Jimmie Sines, Bobby Sines, Bonnie Owens and Audrey Lee Hall.
