He is survived by: his children, Dana North (Ray) and Brandon Bolyard (Tracy); his grandchildren, Rhea Calica-Knotts (Austin), Nicholas Calica (Shayla), Kodynn Bolyard and Cannon Bolyard; his great grandchildren, Kayden Knotts and Colson Calica; his brother Don Bolyard (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Michael Bowman Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
