The passing of Willa Clarkson (Newburg, West Virginia) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 92. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie "Bill" Duckworth Laulis and Glendoline Laulis (Mitchell); her husband William "Earl" Clarkson, Jr.; and her brother Gerald Duane Laulis. She is survived by: her sons, William "Matthew" Clarkson (Tracey) of Fellowsville and Cecil Aaron Clarkson (Cheryl) of Fellowsville; her grandchildren, Emma E Rankin, William A "Bill" Clarkson (Tori), Miranda Osborne (Shane) and Makenzi Moon; her great grandchildren, Tate Rankin, Everli Osborne and Jerimiah Osborne; and her siblings, Mackey Laulis (Shirley), Shirley Freeman Moatsville (Lowell), Kenneth Laulis (Missy) and Ruth Freeman (Milton). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Zion Cemetery.
