It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Ann McFadden of Newell, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Williams and Romaine Miller Williams; and her brothers, Gary Williams and Daniel Porter. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Smith (Paula) of Wellsburg, WV and David McFadden of Newell, WV; her sister Paula White (Scratch) of Wellsburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Michael of Wellsburg, WV, Aaron of Wellsburg, WV, Hailey of Wellsburg, WV, Kylee, Collin of Elizabethtown, KY and Chase of Newell, WV. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
