He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Shrader; his daughters, Jennifer Meeks of Austin and Amanda Shrader of Princeton; his grandchildren, Seth and Skylar Meeks of Austin, Arkansas.; and his siblings, Tom Shrader (Kayoko) of Tokyo, Bob Shrader (Linda) of Ohio, Randal Shrader of Massachusetts, Harold Shrader (Patricia) of Alabama, Nancy Glass (Chuck) of Ohio and Mary Lou Shively (Tom) of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
