She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" Smith; her children, Cindy Jones (Kenzie) of Philpot, KY and William "Billy" Simpson (Anitra) of Mesa, AZ; her stepdaughter Stephanie May (Pete) of Spencer, WV.; and her grandchildren, Kelly (Caleb), Kristi (TJ), Courtney (Matt), Kegan, Jacob, Ashlyn (Aliaksei), Aidan, Aubrey Aaron (Sarah), Whitney (Doug), Ariel (Josh), Kasey (Christian), Kristen (Ethan) and Paige.
