He is survived by: his children, Robert Clifton Parsley, Jimmy McKinley Parsley, Lisa Ellen Sincell (Kevin), Jennifer Renee Caudill and Christie Lynn Damron (David); his siblings, Brian Parsley and Sunny Gail Dudley; his close friend Brenda Williamson; his grandchildren, Karlie Sullivan (Caleb), Kaleb Sincell, Khristian Sincell, Shailey Caudill, Erin Sullivan, Raydah Damron, Jaden Damron, Kaitlyn Smiley (Dalton), Kara Jesanis (Jonathan) and Robert Parsley Jr.; his great grandchild Jonah Sullivan; and his close friends, Luther Adkins, Craig Lester and Dwight Stepp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones, neighbors, and friends.
