She is survived by: her children, Cathy Jean Harvey (Jack) of Nimitz, WV, Lynn Lee Hartsog of Cross Lanes, WV and Tommy Dale Hartsog (Cindy) of Meridian, ID; her sister Mildred Bokano of California; her grandchildren, Kimberly Annette Harrah (David) of Ghent, WV, Samuel Jason Chadwell of Morristown, TN, Dylan Hartsog (Nichole) of Springfield, MO, Leah DeGrandis (James) of Glade Springs, WV, Adam Edward Hartsog of San Diego, CA and Ashley Leavy of California; her great grandchildren, Austin Hartsog of Springfield, MO, Macey Hartsog of Springfield, MO and Walker Lincoln Hartsog of San Diego, CA; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Farmer of Waynesboro, VA; Greg Lilly of Nimitz, WV.
