He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Howard and Orva Mae Meadows Richmond; his wife Carolyn MacKenzie Richmond; and his siblings, Shirley Keaton, Patti Rothe, Gene Richmond, Warren Richmond and Robert Richmond.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Glenn Richmond (Melissa) of Searcy, AR, Eric Scott Richmond (Missy) of Sod, WV, Michelle Dawn Higgins (Bobby Broadwell) and Melissa Marie Warsinsky (John) of Gastonia, NC; his siblings, Michael Richmond (Dina) of Daniels, WV, Audie Richmond of Jumping Branch, WV, Ralph Richmond (Janet) of Buck, WV, Rolfe Richmond (Kristine) of Beckley, WV and Rita Mae Lowe of Beckley, WV; and his sister-in-law Margie Richmond. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
