He is survived by: his children, Laura Lemmon and David Lee Lemmon II (Amy); his grandchildren, Ryan Lemmon (Bree), Katie Lightner (Clayton), Kelsey Lemmon and Kambell Lemmon; and his friends, Joe Butler, Steve, Ann Warrneck, John, Shelia Jenkins, Dick, Ethel Ryan of Winchester, Mass, Bev Donohoe of Columbus and Gayle Manchin.
