She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fields and Truly Penson Fields. She is survived by: her son Nathon Lucas of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Ashley Young (John) of St. Albans and Matthew Lucas (Sarah) of Columbia, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Caleb Courts, Aubrey Young, Ava Young, Johnna Young, Cayson Young and Harvey Lucas; and her sister Vangie Edwards of Scott Depot.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Allen Funeral Home (2837 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at the Mt Moriah Cemetery.
