He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cowger and Carolyn Cowger; his siblings, Barb, Joyce and Lalie; his children, Carla Cowger and Chris Cowger (Nikki); his grandchildren, Alyssa Menas, Devon Primus, Andrew Menas, Kirstie Rodrigues and Christen Pennington; and his great grandchildren, Korbyn Menas, Braxton Cowger, Abram Menas, Ava Buckley, Jaxon Primus, Baylee Primus, Aubree Pennington and Axl Primus.
