She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Stout and Cannie Stout (Vanhorn); her husband Howard Raines; her former husbands, Bill Butler and Ray Barnett; her siblings, Howard Stout Jr., Woodford Stout, Juanita Childers, Blanche Whitesel Troxel, Arleta Long, Lucille Kennedy, Aileen Keller, June Hosner and Willa Whitesel; and her grandchildren, Cynthia Elaine Butler and Brian Matthew James.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Butler (Dawn) of Normantown, Randy Butler (Debbie) of Normantown and Robin James (Johnny) of Normantown; her grandchildren, Seth Butler, Ashley Barker (Clayton), Rachael Tomblin (Ryan), Julie Busby (Stan) and April Butler; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Jackson Busby, Ishaiah Williams (Matthew), Wyllow, Lilith Hale, Ryder, Rayden Tomblin, Judah, Ellianna, Silas Fish and Cynthia Barker; and her great great grandchild Josephine Williams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. (2 Vanhorn Dr, Glenville, WV 26351).
