He is survived by: his wife Pauline Fields Collins of North Matewan, WV; his children, David Collins (Jenna) of Red Jacket, WV, Walter Collins (Brandy) of Newtown, WV and Anna Key of Matewan, WV; his stepmother Tina Collins; his siblings, Butch Collins (Nancy) of Newtown, WV, Deby Kennedy of White Pines, TN and Jessica Collins of Cortland, OH.; his grandchildren, Alex Collins (Morgan), James Key (Beth), Trey Runyon, Angel Lester, SkylorRunyon, Gage Whittington, Bailey Whittington, KalleighCollins, Daniel Kinder, Cody White, Christopher Eli Hurley, Annie White, Bella Collins and Zoey Collins; his great grandchildren, Landon, Damien Collins, Piper and Howie Key; his brother Mike Collins; his cousins, Johnny Collins III and Timmy Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Goad and Luther "Bub" Fields. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and beloved UMWA brothers and sisters.
