She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thomas and Eunice Thomas (Hatfield); her daughter Jeretta Marie Church; and her siblings, Pearl Allen, Florence Dotson, Rosalee Thomas, Mary Jean Thomas, Melvin, Homer and Jimmy Thomas. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
