He is survived by: his mother Sandra Murensky; his stepfather Rick Murensky of Welch, WV; his children, Victoria Bright (Jamie Burns) of Princeton, WV, Jonathan Bright of Fairlawn, VA, Samuel Bright (Brooke Scarbro) of Wytheville, VA and Anthony Bright of Bland, VA; his sister Samantha Bright (Nathan Fink); and his grandson Chase Bright of Wytheville, VA..
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Douglas Mortuary (157 Wyoming St, Welch, WV 24801).
