He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joseph and Lovelia Stanley Belcher; and his siblings, Joe, Roger, Douglas, David, Ernest, Margaret, Joyce, Carol and Betty.
He is survived by: his brother Phillip Belcher (Christina) of Montpieler, VA; his children, Cindy Lugo (Josh) of Dallas, TX, Sandy Massie, Teresa Tyor, Louella, Mark Bell of Denver, CO and Lyle; and his former wife Patricia Rose.
