She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis M. "Bert" Malcomb and Phoebe J. Malcomb (Miller); her husband Russell Smith Vargo; her daughter Monica Riley Shaw; and her siblings, Ruby Carpenter, Roz Zackaris and Rebecca Snider.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda J. Kiley (Bill) of Nutter Fort; her granddaughters, Theresa Kiley-Pettit of Salem and Nicole Kiley of Hudson, FL; her great grandchildren, Christopher German of Salem and Ashley Colburn (Daniel) of New Milton; and her children, Hailey Lavoe, Emmaleigh Rose Colburn, William Colburn, Matthew Murphy, Tyler Hilton and Alyssa Kiley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
