Toothman of Stonewood, Charles Collings of Texas, Gary Crist of Texas and Timothy Crist of Ohio; her nephew Brian J. Mitchell (Kylee) of Clarksburg; her nieces, Kathleen D. Mitchell (Timothy) of Sistersville, WV and Rhiannon A. Haller of Clarksburg, WV.; her great-nephews, Wesley A. and Parker J. Mitchell; her great-niece Amelia R. Sisson; her grandmothers, Patricia A. Toothman and Sharon Fazio-McIntyre; her extended family James; Adam, Miah, William, Joshua, Erica, Lucas and Jacob. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
