He is survived by: his wife Tonya Farley; his stepchildren, Zachary Hopkins (Lauren) and Autumn Hopkins; his stepgrandchildren, Renley, Everlee and Rowan; his siblings, Douglas Farley (Renee), Jeffrey Farley (Dana) and Sherry Farley Williams; his nieces, Ellen, Adrianne, Brooklyn and Crystal; his nephew Joshua; his great-nieces, Neveah, Autumn and Serenety; his great-nephew Sean; and his stepnephews, Adam, Lindsay and Ryan Belaman.
