With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Ayersman (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on January 8, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Eileen Green; and his uncle James Green. He is survived by: his mother Thelma K. Tyler; his siblings, Beth Reger (Jason), Brian Tyler (Vicky) and James Rusty Elian (Kim); his daughters, Quincy Potasnik (Bradley) and Amber Phillips; his granddaughters, Sparrow Potasnik-Reiter and Ava Phillips; his friends, Shawn Maynor and Doug Dancy; Robbie Graham. He is also survived by 4 nieces; 1 nephew; 1 great-niece; 4 great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Shriners Hospital of Lexington, Kentucky.
