She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Bibb, Sr.; her parents, Virginia Watkins and Orville Watkins; her brother Michael Watkins; her brother-in-law Wayne Conner; her son-in-law Lee Shaver; and her niece Nancy Conner.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Bibb (Molly) and Shelli Pauley (Robby); her granddaughters, Mikaela Adkins (Jordan) and Virginia Pauley; her great grandchildren, Emmalee and Kinsey Adkins; and her siblings, Sheila Sheaves (Larry), Sharon Conner and Dale Watkins (Wanda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
