With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Lanier (Oak Hill, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 78. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lanier; his children, Frank Raymond Lanier II (Susan), Ruth Lanier Elswick (Tracy) and Rachel Lanier Bragg (Larry); his grandson Robert Lanier (Makayla); and his brother Harry Lanier (Rella). He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the High Lawn Funeral Home (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
