We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2025, at the age of 74, Freddie Duncan (Oak Hill, West Virginia) passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Duncan and Charlotte Gammon; his wife Elaine Sue Duncan; and his siblings, Eddie Duncan and Ella Wilson.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Jesse Ward), Grace Duncan, Jarrod (Shanna Duncan), Freddie Duncan Jr. and Mike (Lana Allen); and his siblings, Nancy Duncan, Jimmy Duncan (Betty) and Connie Snyder (Tom). He is also survived by 19 grandkids.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the High Lawn Memorial Park.
