We announce the death of Jerry Farr (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 86. Jerry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Farr and Alta Farr; his wife Gladys May Nobles; and his siblings, Edward, George, Buzzy, Herman, Eugene, Lawrence Farr, Marie Morris, Evelyn Paddock and Dorothy Holly.
He is survived by: his pet Jasper; his sons, Edwin Farr and Jordan Gray; and his siblings, Josephine Knowlton (Leroy), Marion Braley (Woodrow), Tom Farr (Ada) and Sonny Farr (Cathy). He is also survived by 4 stepchildren; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
