He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Ethel Cooper (Lewis); his siblings, Rev. Carlos Lewis, Wilford Lewis, Raymond Lewis (JR), Denzel Lee Cooper, Eugene Cooper, Mae Coffman and Virginia Earls; and his former wife Patricia Elizabeth Cooper.
He is survived by: his son Steve Cooper (Becky); and his stepsons, Chris Randolph and Jason Randolph. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and special brothers and sisters-in-law.
