He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty L. Stevens and Roy E. Stevens Sr.; and his siblings, Roy E. Stevens Jr., Brenda J. Foster and Wanda F. Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stevens; his daughters, Angela Murphy (Rodney), Lori Stevens and Beverly Murphy (Josh Everhard); his grandchildren, John, Brittany, Aaron, Mikayla, Lindsay, Danielle, Ryan, Jordie and Ace; and his sister Linda Foster (Alfred). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens (2150 Pea Ridge Rd, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
