Smith Taylor of Fayetteville, WV.; his wife April Dawn Taylor; his son Cole Wade Taylor of Fayetteville, WV.; his father Gary Lee Taylor; his siblings, Gary Taylor (Jennifer Taylor) of Fayetteville, WV., Monica Gerber (Rodney Gerber) of Ohio and Christal Pugh (Scott Pugh) of Glen Jean, WV.; his parents-in-law, Randall and Sharon Milam of Beckley, WV.; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Hunter Taylor of Fayetteville, WV., Ashleigh, Morgan Gerber of Ohio, Taylor and Haylee Pugh of Glen Jean.
