She is survived by: her husband Dennis Mack; her children, Jerome Mack of Charleston, WV, Thaddeus Mack (Leslie) of Oak Hill, WV and Sasha Carty (Ralston) of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Desmond Mack of Oak Hill, WV, Lane Eades of Oak Hill, WV and Allison Kincaid (Parker) of Beckley, WV; her siblings, Kevin Thomas of Charleston, WV, Aletha "Lil Bit" Thomas of Mt. Hope, WV, Eric Thomas of Cleveland, OH and Shirley Thomas-Bizjak (John) of Phoenix, AZ; her sister-in-law Bessie Thomas of Oak Hill, WV; her aunts, Brenda Thomas of Oak Hill, WV and Ann Mitchell of Jacksonville, FL; and her uncle Earnest Thomas of Akron, OH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
