Dixon, John Kincaid, Leon Phillips, Cecil Phillips, Lenz Phillips, Troy Phillips, Ruth Vance, Susie Canterbury, Clora Mae Phillips and Truman Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Skidmore Lokant, Stephen Francis Skidmore and Jeffrey Alan Skidmore; her grandchildren, Heather Anne Lokant, Christopher Mark Lokant, Tyler Jeffrey Francis Skidmore, Stephen Tanner Skidmore and Sidney Tamryn Skidmore; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Brandon, Jacob, Caleb, Julieanne, Madelynne, Charlotte, Timmy and Hayden; her brothers, Robert Phillips and Elihu Kincaid; her cousin Arvella Phillips; and her friend Patty Radford.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene (3221 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the High Lawn Memorial Park (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
