Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Whipkey and Verna Chambers Whipkey; her husband Howard Edward Parrish; her siblings, Lemoyne Whipkey (Naoma) and Ronald Whipkey (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Linda Whipkey.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Stump (Claude); her brother Lenored Whipkey; her aunt Patricia Scott; and her sister-in-law Polly Eagle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
