She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lambert of Logan County and Phyllis Newhouse of Fayetteville; and her brother Wayne Lambert. She is survived by: her significant other Thomas; her sons, Randy Treadway (Megan) and Phillip Evans (Bailey); her stepchildren, Bridgette, Robin, Charlie and Jimmy; and her siblings, Rick Lambert, Carol Cogar and Rose Lambert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations to be made to High Lawn Funeral Home to help with expenses.
