She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Sulesky; her parents, Haven Stevens and Anna Mae Stevens (Fitzwater); her daughters, Teresa Ann Carden (Sullivan) and Jean Marie Barnett (Sullivan); and her sister Margaret Ann Kepto.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy (Sullivan), Smith (Allen) and Duff Wayne Sullivan; her stepsons, Mike Sulesky (Robin) and Joe Sulesky; and her brother Everett Buddy Stevens (Louise). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
