He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Howard of Martinsburg, WV; his wife Janice Howard of Oak Hill, WV; his children, Brittany Howard of Ontario, OH, Austin Howard (Tiffany) of Ontario, OH and Molly Howard (Joe) of Clearwater, FL.; his siblings, Christopher Howard of Louisville, KY and Brianna Howard of Quincy, MA; his aunts, Rebecca Greenaway of Hinton, WV and Joetta Reeder (George) of Pinellas Park, FL; his uncle John Cincinnati of Martinsburg, WV.; his grandchildren, Arianna, Bronxton, Caegan, Kensington and Daniel; and his siblings' children, Catie, Charlie, Mason, Tucker and Holden.
