Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Rosa for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She is survived by: her significant other David O'Dell; and her children, Christina Jeffries (Jackie), Allie Ries (Heith), Rodney and Scottie Williams (Sara). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
