With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Ann Lively of Oak Hill, West Virginia, born in Pocahontas, Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Speed Underwood and Sylvia Underwood; and her siblings, Nila, Alice, Speed Jr., Jackie and Bobby.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Piercy Jr. (Suzan) of Oak Hill; her brother Buddy; her grandson Jacob Piercy of Garrett, MD; her niece Natalie of Oak Hill; and her nephew Jeffrey Atha II of California. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
